Braised Cutlassfish

 How about making braised hairtail, which is difficult to prepare even in Korea due to the difficulty in preparing the ingredients, as a side dish for dinner tonight with a simple meal kit?🫢

 Ingredients:
 Cutlassfish / Radish / Chili pepper / Green onion / Onion

 Cooking method

 First, put the onions in the pot, then add the radish, dried pollack, green onions, and chili seasoning sauce in that order and boil.
 Start by placing the onion at the bottom of a pot. Then layer the radish, cutlassfish, green onion, and chilli, followed by the sauce.


 When the seasoning sauce has reduced significantly and the radish and mackerel are cooked, place them on a plate.

 Let everything simmer until the sauce reduces and the radish and cutlassfish fully cook.
 Once done, transfer to a plate.


 If you want it a little spicier, you can add some chili peppers to make it even spicier.

 If you like it spicier, feel free to add more chili peppers to adjust the heat to your taste.
